Physiological effects:

  • Vitamin A, or retinol, ensures the normal functioning of the skin, mucous membranes, and eyes, but also plays a role in iron metabolism and cell differentiation.
  • Vitamin B1 (thiamine) helps the heart function properly and contributes to the proper functioning of the nervous system.
  • Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) helps maintain the normal condition of the skin and mucous membranes and promotes the regeneration processes of tissues (e.g. skin tissue). During pregnancy, the number of red blood cells increases, and riboflavin supports the maintenance of the normal condition of red blood cells.
  • Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid) participates in the body's energy production processes, reduces tiredness and fatigue, and supports mental functions.
  • Vitamin B6 is essential for the formation of red blood cells, as well as for protein and glycogen metabolism, as well as energy-producing processes.
  • Vitamin B9 (folic acid) is necessary for the normal formation of red blood cells. Its supplementation is especially important in the first trimester of pregnancy: the risk of neural tube defects can be significantly reduced by vitamin supplementation in early pregnancy.
  • Vitamin B12 is involved in the formation of red blood cells and contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
  • As an antioxidant, vitamin C plays an important role in mitigating the harmful effects of oxidative stress, participating in collagen formation and the normal functioning of the immune system.
  • During pregnancy, the body's need for calcium and phosphorus increases. Vitamin D3 increases the absorption of calcium and phosphorus in the body of pregnant women, so these minerals are better utilized. In children, a lack of vitamin D can lead to the development of rickets.
  • Vitamin E is a natural antioxidant.
  • Biotin (vitamin H) is involved in the metabolism of all macronutrients (proteins, fats, carbohydrates) as well as in energy-producing metabolic processes.
  • Magnesium is involved in muscle function and the maintenance of normal bones and teeth. It plays a role in protein synthesis and energy-producing metabolic processes.

It is recommended to use:

  • For expectant mothers
  • To support general health and the immune system

Vitamin C
The human body is unable to produce ascorbic acid, so we have to get it into our body with food. If this does not happen, the development of deficiency symptoms can be observed. Natural vitamin C can be found in citrus fruits, such as lemons, oranges, grapefruit, as well as berry plants, vegetables and herbs, such as tomatoes, peppers, cauliflower, potatoes and many other plants.
Vitamin B3
Like other B-complex vitamins, vitamin B3 can participate in the body's energy supply processes. The two derivatives of vitamin B3 play an important role in the conversion of proteins, fats and carbohydrates to create usable energy for the body. The compounds of vitamin B3 can also participate in the neutralization of free radicals harmful to the body, so vitamin B3 not only plays an important role in the body's energy supply, but can also protect against damage at the cellular level.
Phosphorus
Phosphorus is the second most abundant mineral in the body: 700-800 grams are found in an adult. The largest part of this, 80-85%, is incorporated in the bones in the form of organic phosphorus salts, while the remaining part participates in the functioning of the body in the same way as calcium. It is present in small amounts, but plays an important role in the regulation of chemical reactions in the fluid spaces of the body. Few people are also aware of the fact that our body stores part of its reserve energy in the form of phosphorus compounds.
Zinc
Perhaps its most important role is in maintaining the integrity of the cell's boundary membrane, i.e. the cell membrane. Without zinc, the membrane becomes fragile and less resistant to harmful effects, which results in a large decrease in cell viability. Zinc is also involved in the correct setting of the spatial structure of nucleic acids (DNA, RNA).
Iron
Iron is an essential microelement for our life functions, but our body is not able to produce it, so we have to get it from the outside with food and, if necessary, with iron supplementation. Since the absorption and utilization of iron in the body is rather weak, only a fraction of the amount of iron in food enters the blood, and then reaches the places where the body needs it.
Vitamin E
Due to the fat-soluble properties of vitamin E, it can also protect the cell membranes of individual cells, and thanks to its antioxidant properties, it can contribute to the inhibition of aging processes. It is also called the vitamin of beauty because of its skin care effect. It can neutralize the effects of harmful free radicals in the body. Unlike other fat-soluble vitamins, it is quickly eliminated from the body, so regular replacement is necessary.
Coenzyme Q10
It can increase endurance, help with weight loss and slow down the aging process thanks to its antioxidant effect. For as long as science has known about coenzymes, it has known that it occurs almost everywhere in nature: this substance can be found in large quantities in all living things, in certain foods and even in oily seeds, so its natural replacement is also very easy.
Vitamin B5
Vitamin B5 is mainly involved in the formation of various chemical messengers, carbohydrates, cholesterol, hemoglobin, and vitamins A and D. Vitamin B5 is needed for the normal functioning of the nervous system and for growth. It can help maintain skin and hair health, stimulate sex hormones and cortisol secretion.
Vitamin B6
This water-soluble vitamin is the starting material for important collaborating enzymes, so-called coenzymes, which can play a key role in protein, fat and carbohydrate metabolism. Vitamin B6 has a role in alleviating nausea during pregnancy, it can have an antispasmodic effect, it is also necessary for the proper functioning of the digestive system, the nervous and immune systems, and hemoglobin synthesis.
Vitamin B2
Vitamin B2, also known as riboflavin, is a water-soluble, easily absorbed vitamin. It has been known since 1932, when it was isolated from yeast. They are found in food in their free form or bound to protein. The body stores it for 2-6 weeks depending on the protein supply. It is excreted through the kidneys, so it must be replenished regularly.
Vitamin B1
Vitamin B1 can be considered a brain-stimulating vitamin, as it can have a beneficial effect on the nervous system and mental performance. It can increase blood circulation as well as help with blood formation, carbohydrate metabolism and acid production, which is necessary for proper digestion. It can optimize mental activity and brain functions.
Copper
Copper is an essential element in small quantities. In the body of an adult, we find about 80 mg of it, like zinc, it is a component of many enzymes. About 90% of the copper is bound to a special protein called ceruloplasmin.
Vitamin A
Vitamin A - commonly known as retinol - belongs to the family of fat-soluble vitamins, and one of its most important functions is to ensure vision in twilight. Vitamin A occurs not only by itself, but also in the form of precursors, so-called provitamins, in nature, such as carotene.
Vitamin B9
Vitamin B9 is involved in the energy production and metabolism of cells, the creation of new cells; responsible for maintaining the intact shape of red blood cells, the formation of white blood cells and platelets. It is particularly important during pregnancy, as it is necessary for the development of the fetal nervous system and spine. Adequate intake of folic acid can reduce the risk of birth defects. It can also help keep blood pressure at a healthy level.
Iodine
The body needs iodine to make thyroid hormones. Iodine participates in the proper functioning of metabolism and ensures the intellectual development of infants and children. Iodine enters our body with food and drinking water.
Vitamin B7
Biotin plays an essential role in protein metabolism, carbohydrate metabolism, amino acid metabolism and cholesterol metabolism. It preserves the health and integrity of the skin, nails and hair. It increases the sensitivity of cells to insulin.
Vitamin K1
Vitamin K is one of the important regulatory factors of blood coagulation, but its beneficial effects include the fact that it can promote the detoxification function of the liver, and it is also necessary for building bones.
Vitamin D3
Vitamin D3, also known as the "sunshine vitamin", can contribute to the normal absorption and utilization of calcium, thereby maintaining healthy bones, but it also plays an important role in maintaining healthy muscle function and the immune system. Vitamin D3 is found in fatty fish, butter, eggs and avocados. This is the only vitamin that our body can produce to a large extent by itself, but sunlight is also necessary for this. During colder and poorer months of sunlight, our body is able to produce less vitamin D3, so taking a dietary supplement can be useful in these periods as well.
Vitamin B12
Vitamin B12 is a water-soluble, colorless and odorless vitamin that is essential for the body. It is mainly found in foods of animal origin, such as pork, beef liver, herring, dairy products, and eggs. Its daily intake partly depends on age. The greatest need is during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a liposome?

Microscopic size, 20-30 nm in diameter phospholipid spherical particle with a double membrane, hollow inside, which can deliver the active ingredients to the target cell or tissue with high efficiency.

How It Works? Why is liposomal technology effective?

With the help of a nanotechnological process, the active ingredients are enclosed in liposomes, thus minimizing the loss due to decomposition occurring during entry into the digestive system. When reaching the target cell, the liposome connects with the cell membrane, so the bioavailability is almost 100%. With the help of technology, the load on other organs (e.g. liver) can be greatly reduced.
